Installation of a Screen Protector/Tempered Glass on Your Samsung Smartphone

A tempered glass protector is designed to protect the display from drops and scratches. A normal screen protector only protects against scratches. The idea is that in the event of a severe drop, the protective glass breaks instead of the display. We take responsibility for the installation and guarantee that the protective glass will be applied dust-free and bubble-free.

Depending on the model, we offer various options for screen protectors / tempered glass:

Clear Tempered Glass

Advantages:

• The image remains as clear and bright as without a tempered glass protector.

Disadvantages:

• Like a normal display, it leaves fingerprints.

• Offers no privacy protection.

For clear tempered glass, we usually have various options, which we will gladly explain on-site.

Matte Tempered Glass

Advantages:

• Leaves fewer fingerprints.

• Oleophobic (grease-repellent) coating: This protects the screen, increases smoothness, and reduces fingerprints. The coating consists of a thin layer of fluoropolymer-based substances (similar to Teflon) that bonds with the glass.

Disadvantages:

• The image is darker and slightly less sharp.

Privacy Tempered Glass

Advantages:

• Opaque from the side: Curious people only see black.

• Matte surface: Leaves fewer fingerprints.

Disadvantages:

• The image is darker.

• It is more difficult to show the screen to friends.
