Right of withdrawal
You may revoke your contractual declaration in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail to info@modfreak.ch ) within one week without stating reasons or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period.
The right of revocation does not apply to sealed or shrink-wrapped goods if the packaging has been opened or damaged. This applies in particular to electronic components delivered in anti-static welded packaging. A right of revocation also does not exist for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

For returns, the enclosed form must be completed and enclosed with the goods.
Consequences of the revocation
You have to bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. In addition, the shipping costs incurred by us (postage + CHF 1 for packaging material) will be deducted from the refund.
Please always stamp your returns sufficiently. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
