Warranty
Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Excluded are accumulators/batteries with 6 months warranty. Any transportation costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of warranty, the seller decides whether the goods will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded. Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. due to improper handling.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
Prices
All prices are final prices and refer, if not otherwise stated, to 1 piece including VAT, plus shipping costs.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and by clicking the button 'Submit Order' in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract is concluded with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order.
