Internship 80–100% (Sales / Office / Online Shop / Warehouse)

Location: Münstergasse 23, 8001 Zurich

This commercial (KV) internship is suitable both as a mandatory internship as part of school or academic studies and as an entry point after school, before an apprenticeship or a degree (gap year).

We are a young, dynamic team with over 10 years of experience in the production and distribution of phone accessories. We are currently in an expansion phase and offer you the opportunity to gain exciting insights behind the scenes of our sales, warehouse, and online shop.

Your tasks

  • Support with the online shop (uploading products, maintaining listings, processing orders)
  • General office work (answering emails, filing, organization)
  • Assisting with in-store sales and customer service
  • Warehouse work: receiving new deliveries, packing and labeling products, and organizing stock
  • Delivery checks: verifying incoming deliveries against delivery lists
  • Inventory management: restocking sold products and displaying them in-store again
  • Packing and shipping orders
  • Hands-on use of AI tools and agents in day-to-day sales, office, and online shop work

What to expect

You'll become part of a motivated team that values initiative and reliable collaboration. You will also learn the practical use of modern AI tools and agents, which we are increasingly integrating into our daily work. You will be supervised by our certified commercial trainer (KV-Berufsbildner).

  • Good German skills
  • Basic English skills
  • Prior sales experience an advantage
