Store Pickup:
You can drop by our store without any appointment. We are open Mon-Fri from 10:00-18:30 and Sat from 9:00-18:00 continuously.
Shipping:
Free shipping within 24h in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union for orders over 40 CHF. Why is there no free shipping under 40 CHF? This is so that we can offer prices from 1 CHF and do not have to include shipping costs. The delivery time within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is 1 - 3 business days.
Shipping within the EU. Orders within the EU are shipped from Germany or France, depending on the destination country, to ensure fast shipping. The delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days.
International shipping takes 10 - 20 business days depending on the destination country.
Partial deliveries:
We are entitled to partial deliveries as far as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if expressly agreed.
Returns:
For returns, the enclosed form must be filled out and enclosed with the goods.
