Data recovery for a defective Android smartphone

Do you want to rescue your data but not have the device repaired? With this service, you benefit from our microsoldering expertise. We disassemble your smartphone, desolder the NAND flash memory chip, and extract all data. This data is backed up to an external storage device and can either be transferred 1-to-1 to a new phone via the Smart Switch app, including apps, settings, etc., or accessed directly from a USB stick to retrieve pictures, files, contacts, and so on. We only use very fast external storage devices that are also compatible with smartphones. The external storage device then belongs to the customer.

The only crucial thing is that the memory chip is intact. The smartphone does not need to show any other signs of life. Therefore, we can offer this service for the vast majority of defective smartphones. If it doesn't work, only 30 CHF will be charged for the effort. After this service, the disassembled device is no longer functional, and the parts will not be returned.
