Bottom Microphone Repair for iPhone XS

We repair the bottom microphone of your iPhone. This microphone is located directly next to the charging port and is part of the same assembly – therefore, the repair is offered at the same price as the charging port repair.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective bottom microphone:
- Your conversation partner cannot hear you or hears you very faintly during calls.
- Voice messages or voice memos sound heavily muffled, distorted, or are silent.
- "Hey Siri" responds, but the subsequent voice command is not correctly recognized.
- In video recordings, the sound is noticeably quieter or lacks a stereo effect (usually not completely silent, as other microphones are involved).

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
