Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (SM-S948) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (SM-S948). This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The other person can't hear you, or only very faintly, during video calls.
- In video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls doesn't work properly – the other person hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.
