We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus (SM-S936B). This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – the other person hears disturbing background noise.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly or not at all understood.
