Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner does not hear you or hears you very faintly during video calls.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – your call partner hears disturbing background noises.
