Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls.
- When recording videos with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – the person you are talking to hears disturbing background noise.
- In speakerphone mode, you are heard poorly or not at all.
