Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (SM-S926) Lower Microphone Repair

We repair the lower microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus. This microphone is located directly next to the charging port and is part of the same assembly.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective lower microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or hears you only very faintly during phone calls.
- Voice messages or voice memos sound heavily muffled, distorted, or are silent.
- Voice assistants react, but the subsequent voice command is not correctly recognized.
- During video recordings, the sound is noticeably quieter or lacks a stereo effect (usually not completely silent, as other microphones are involved).

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
