Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (SM-S926) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker of your Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your caller, or can only hear them very quietly, when you hold the device to your ear.
- The sound from the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or hisses.
- In speakerphone mode, via headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls using the earpiece, your caller is not audible or barely audible.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
