Samsung Galaxy S23 (SM-S911) Bottom Microphone Repair

We repair the lower microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S23 (SM-S911). This microphone is located directly next to the charging port and is part of the same assembly.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective lower microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during phone calls.
- Voice messages or voice memos sound heavily muffled, distorted, or are silent.
- Voice assistants respond, but the subsequent voice command is not correctly recognized.
- During video recordings, the sound is noticeably quieter or lacks a stereo effect (usually not completely silent, as other microphones are involved).

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
