Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner does not hear you or only hears you very faintly during video calls.
- When recording videos with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work correctly – the other person hears disturbing background noise.
