Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus (SM-S916) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (top speaker) of your Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus (SM-S916). This speaker is located at the top of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your interlocutor or can only hear them very quietly when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, scratchy, or crackling.
- In speakerphone mode, via headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls via the earpiece, your interlocutor is not or barely audible.

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
