Samsung Galaxy S23 FE (SM-S711) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker of your Samsung Galaxy S23 FE (SM-S711). This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear the other person, or only very quietly, when you hold the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackling, or buzzing.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the device to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls using the earpiece, the other person cannot be heard or can only be heard very faintly.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
