Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (SM-G998) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Fault symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner cannot hear you or hears you very faintly during video calls.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls does not work properly – the person you are talking to hears disturbing background noises.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly or not understood at all.

Since this is a repair at the component level, it is only possible by appointment.
