Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus (SM-G996) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device, near the earpiece and front camera, and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your conversation partner cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls.
- When recording videos with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work correctly – your conversation partner hears distracting background noise.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
