We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work correctly – your call partner hears disturbing background noise.
