Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (SM-G991) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (top speaker) of your Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective top speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your caller or can only hear them very quietly when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or hisses.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only during phone calls held to the ear is it distorted.
- During video calls via the earpiece, your caller is not or barely audible.

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
