Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G (SM-G988) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker of your Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your interlocutor or can only hear them very faintly when you hold the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, scratchy, or crackling.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls using the earpiece, your interlocutor cannot be heard or is barely audible.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
