Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G (SM-G986) Top Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls.
- The sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent during video recordings with the front camera.
- Noise cancellation during calls does not work properly – the other person hears disturbing background noise.
- You are poorly understood or not understood at all in speakerphone mode.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
