Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G (SM-G986) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (top speaker) of your Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your caller or can only hear them very faintly when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or hisses.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it distorted.
- During video calls using the earpiece, your caller cannot be heard or can barely be heard.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
