Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you, or can only hear you very faintly, during video calls.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls does not work properly – the person you are talking to hears distracting background noise.
