Samsung Galaxy S20 5G (SM-G981) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (top speaker) of your Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your interlocutor or can only hear them very faintly when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, scratchy, or crackling.
- In speaker mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only during phone calls with the device to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls using the earpiece, your interlocutor is not or barely audible.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
