Samsung Galaxy S10e (SM-G970) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S10e. This microphone is located in the upper area of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The other party can't hear you during video calls, or only very quietly.
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls doesn't work properly – the other person hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
