Samsung Galaxy S10e (SM-G970) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker (receiver) of your Samsung Galaxy S10e. This speaker is located in the upper area of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During calls, you can't hear the other person, or only very quietly, when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackling, or scratchy.
- In speaker mode, via headphones, or with music, the sound works normally – it's only disrupted during calls held to your ear.
- During video calls via the earpiece, the other person is hard or impossible to hear.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
