Samsung Galaxy S10 (SM-G973) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker (upper speaker) of your Samsung Galaxy S10. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear the other person, or only very quietly, when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackling, or scratchy.
- In speaker mode, over headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls at your ear is it disrupted.
- During video calls via the earpiece, the other person is difficult or impossible to hear.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
