Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (SM-A536) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. This microphone is located in the upper area of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you're calling can't hear you during video calls, or only very quietly.
- The sound in video recordings taken with the front camera is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls doesn't work correctly – the other person hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
