Samsung Galaxy A40 (SM-A405) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A40 (SM-A405). This microphone is located in the upper area of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you're calling can't hear you during video calls, or only very faintly.
- Audio in video recordings with the front camera is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls doesn't work properly – the other party hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are understood poorly or not at all.

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
