Samsung Galaxy A36 (SM-A366) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A36 (SM-A366). This microphone is located in the upper area of the device near the earpiece and front camera, and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you're speaking with can't hear you during video calls, or only very quietly.
- In video recordings with the front camera, the audio is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls doesn't work correctly – the other party hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are understood poorly or not at all.
