Samsung Galaxy A32 4G (SM-A325) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece speaker of your Samsung Galaxy A32 4G (SM-A325). This speaker is located in the upper area of the device near the front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece speaker:
- During calls, you cannot hear the other person, or only very quietly, when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or is scratchy.
- In speaker mode, via headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls at the ear is it disrupted.
- During video calls via the earpiece, you cannot hear the other person, or only barely.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only available by appointment.
