Samsung Galaxy A24 (SM-A245) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A24. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your caller cannot hear you during video calls, or only very quietly.
- When recording video with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – the other person hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
