Samsung Galaxy A21 (SM-A215) Lower Microphone Repair

We repair the lower microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A21 (SM-A215). This microphone is located directly next to the charging port and is part of the same assembly.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective lower microphone:
- The other person cannot hear you during calls, or only very quietly.
- Voice messages or voice memos sound heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Voice assistants respond, but the subsequent voice command is not recognized correctly.
- In video recordings, the sound is noticeably quieter or lacks a stereo effect (usually not completely silent, as other microphones are also involved).
