Samsung Galaxy A21 (SM-A215) Upper Microphone Repair

We repair the upper microphone of your Samsung Galaxy A21 (SM-A215). This microphone is located in the upper area of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The other person cannot hear you during video calls, or only very quietly.
- In video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – the other person hears disruptive background noise.
- In speaker mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only available by appointment.
