Samsung Galaxy A16 5G (SM-A165) Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the upper speaker (earpiece) of your Samsung Galaxy A16 5G (SM-A165). This speaker is located in the upper area of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper speaker:
- During calls, you can't hear the other party, or only very faintly, when holding the device to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackling, or scratchy.
- In speaker mode, over headphones, or while playing music, the sound works normally – only during calls held to the ear is it disrupted.
- During video calls through the earpiece, the other party can't be heard or is barely audible.

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
