Upper Microphone Repair for iPhone 17e

We repair the upper microphone of your iPhone. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device, near the earpiece and front camera, and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner cannot hear you or hears you only very quietly during video calls (e.g., FaceTime).
- When recording videos with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work correctly – the person you are talking to hears disturbing background noise.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly or not understood at all.
