Upper Microphone Repair for iPhone 16 Pro

We repair the top microphone of your iPhone. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device near the earpiece and front camera and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective top microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls (e.g. FaceTime).
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted or silent.
- Noise cancellation during phone calls does not work properly – the other person hears disturbing background noise.
- You are poorly or not at all understood in speakerphone mode.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
