Upper Microphone Repair for iPhone 15 Pro Max

We repair the upper microphone of your iPhone. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device, near the earpiece and front camera, and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- Your call partner cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls (e.g., FaceTime).
- When recording videos with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted, or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls does not work properly – the person on the other end hears distracting background noises.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
