Upper Microphone Repair for iPhone 13 Mini

We repair the upper microphone of your iPhone. This microphone is located in the upper part of the device, near the earpiece and front camera, and is replaced at component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper microphone:
- The person you are talking to cannot hear you or can only hear you very faintly during video calls (e.g. FaceTime).
- During video recordings with the front camera, the sound is heavily muffled, distorted or silent.
- Noise cancellation during calls does not work properly – the person you are talking to hears disturbing background noises.
- In speakerphone mode, you are poorly understood or not understood at all.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
