iPhone 16 Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (top speaker) of your iPhone. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During calls, you cannot hear your interlocutor or only very faintly when you hold the iPhone to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, scratching or crackling.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones or when playing music, the sound works normally - only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it distorted.
- During video calls (e.g. FaceTime) via the earpiece, your interlocutor cannot be heard or can only be heard faintly.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
