Top Speaker Repair for iPhone 14

We repair the earpiece (ear speaker) of your iPhone. This speaker is located at the top of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your interlocutor or can only hear them very quietly when you hold the iPhone to your ear.
- The sound from the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or hisses.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it disturbed.
- During video calls (e.g., FaceTime) via the earpiece, your conversation partner cannot be heard or can only barely be heard.

Since this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
