Earpiece Speaker Repair for iPhone 13 Mini

We repair the upper speaker (earpiece) of your iPhone. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective upper speaker:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your caller, or can only hear them very quietly, when you hold the iPhone to your ear.
- The sound in the earpiece is distorted, crackles, or hisses.
- In speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music, the sound works normally – only when making calls with the phone to your ear is it distorted.
- During video calls (e.g., FaceTime) via the earpiece, your caller cannot be heard or can barely be heard.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
