iPhone 13 Earpiece Speaker Repair

We repair the earpiece (ear speaker) of your iPhone. This speaker is located in the upper part of the device near the front camera and is replaced at the component level.

Symptoms that may indicate a defective earpiece:
- During phone calls, you cannot hear your caller or can only hear them very faintly when holding the iPhone to your ear.
- The sound from the earpiece is distorted, crackling, or buzzing.
- The sound works normally in speakerphone mode, with headphones, or when playing music – only during phone calls held to the ear is it distorted.
- During video calls (e.g., FaceTime) using the earpiece, your call partner cannot be heard or can barely be heard.

As this is a component-level repair, it is only possible by appointment.
