Diagnostic service for your iPhone 12 Pro in Basel and Zurich

During the diagnostic service, our technicians carefully inspect your iPhone 12 Pro and determine which components are damaged or defective. We then inform you about the identified damage and the possible repair costs.

Diagnostic fee: CHF 60.–. If you have the recommended repair carried out directly by us, the full CHF 60.– will be deducted from the repair price.

Important: The CHF 60.– price does not include any repair. It covers only the technical inspection and diagnosis of the device.

Processing time: Depends on the fault. Once the diagnosis is complete, we will inform you about the identified damage and the possible repair costs.
