Visit one of our branches without making an appointment. If you would like to send your phone in, you must select the 'registered post' option at checkout.

In order to save your data, we need to temporarily replace the damaged part.

This results in expenses of 40 francs, whether the data rescue is successful or not.

If the spare part is not in stock, it must first be ordered, which can take up to 2 weeks. The customer also has to bear half the cost of the necessary spare part.

We offer both standard reports and total loss declarations.

In order to be able to properly evaluate the damage, we have to examine the device personally. Please visit one of our shops. Pre-registration is not necessary.
